Vineeth Sreenivasan is a versatile talent in the Malayalam entertainment industry, excelling as a playback singer, actor, film director, screenwriter, producer, and lyricist. His early interests in music were evident when he would sing traditional Muslim folk songs, known as 'Mappilapattu', at school youth festivals. It was during this time that renowned filmmaker Priyadarshan encouraged him to record a 'Mappilapattu' for the movie 'Kilichundan Mampazham'. Vineeth's singing career garnered recognition when he received the AMMA Best Male Singer Award in 2008 for his renditions of 'Mampullikkavil' and 'Jillu Jillu'. The same year, he was honored with the Best Male New Face of the Year award by Asianet for his debut film 'Cycle'. Some of his notable songs include 'Entammede Jimikki Kammal', 'Manikya Malaraya Poovi', 'Karale Karalinte', 'Anuraagathin Velayi', 'Nee Pidiyana', 'Kaattu Mooliyo', and 'Kudukku'.
