Sreya Jayadeep

At just 14 years old, Sreya has already made a name for herself as a talented Indian playback singer from Kerala. With a focus on the Malayalam language, she has lent her voice to various music albums and films. Her early appearances on reality TV shows, including Star Singer on Surya TV and Sun Singer on Sun TV, helped launch her career. Sreya's introduction to the music industry began with her contribution to the Christian devotional album Hitham, followed by the release of her own album, Sreyam. Her love for singing started at a remarkably young age - just two years old - when she would harmonize with songs playing on the TV and radio. As she grew older, her talent only blossomed, earning her top honors in kids' contests like Star Singer on Surya TV in 2013 and Sun Singer on Sun TV in 2014. Her breakthrough as a playback singer came with the Malayalam film Weeping Boy, where she sang the songs Chema Chema Chemanoru and Thaaraattupattum. Sreya has also been involved in the Kerala government's Harithasree initiative, singing the environmentally themed duet Oru Thai Nadaam. Recently, she has released a string of new songs, including Oru Karimukil, Gagana nee, and Nagumo, further showcasing her vocal talents.
