Satinder Sartaj

Satinder Sartaj is a highly acclaimed singer, poet, and actor known for his work in the Punjabi language and Sufi genre. His career gained momentum in 2008 when he performed at a gig in Toronto, Ontario. The following year, he released his debut album Tere Qurbaan, although it didn't initially receive much attention. However, his 2010 album Sartaaj proved to be a breakthrough, particularly with the popular track Sai. Sartaj's acting career took off in 2017 when he portrayed Maharaja Duleep Singh in the film The Black Prince. Throughout his career, he has received numerous awards, including the Best International Act at the Brit Asia TV Music Awards in 2011. He also won Best Songwriter at the 2017 BAMA and Music Video of the Year at the 2018 BAMA for his song Udaarian.
