Hailing from Patan, Gujarat, Rajal Barot's musical journey was destined to begin early, given her upbringing as the daughter of renowned Gujarati folk instrumentalist Maniraj Barot. Now based in Ahmedabad, Rajal's fascination with music was sparked by watching her father perform, laying the groundwork for her future career. She formally entered the music scene in 2009, initially as a Gujarati folk singer. In a conversation with RDC Gujarati, Rajal shared that her father's friends played a significant role in encouraging her to explore singing. Her discography features a range of popular tracks and albums, including Aai Jawani Aai and Gujarati No Craze, showcasing her talent and versatility. With her roots in traditional Gujarati music, Rajal Barot has established herself as a notable figure in the industry, known for her captivating performances.
