Michael Makhal

Michael Makhal is a violin virtuoso, conductor, and composer who has made a significant impact in the world of Western classical music. Born in India, he has traveled the globe with his unique blend of musical expertise. As the founder of Music Pro India, Michael offers bespoke orchestral and band solutions for high-profile events, including weddings, live concerts, corporate functions, conferences, and international seminars. With a passion for excellence, Michael established the most accomplished Symphony Orchestra of India (MMSO) in 2012. This esteemed ensemble boasts the country's finest symphonic instrumentalists and has performed across India and internationally, delighting audiences with its mastery of symphonies, Hollywood music, and elegant waltz melodies. Michael's compositional skills have earned him recognition on the global stage, including being selected to represent India at the Commonwealth Games 2014 as a composer. In a notable achievement, Michael was chosen through an international contest by the prestigious Scokendia Ensemble of Glasgow Cultural 2014. He composed a new piece for the ensemble, which premiered at the Royal Conservatory of Scotland's Stevenson Hall and went on to be performed at various prominent venues during the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, as well as at the Aberdeen International Youth Festival.
