Hailing from South Africa, Kaneez has made a name for herself in the Indian stand-up comedy scene. Her career took off with CNN-IBN's satirical show, The Week That Wasn't, where her sharp wit and humor quickly gained her a large following. As a pioneering female improv comedian, Kaneez has performed at numerous venues globally, conducting workshops and leaving audiences in stitches with her impressive improv skills. Her talent has taken her to cities like Seattle, Toronto, Amsterdam, and Berlin, where she's been invited to perform. Kaneez was also part of the popular Amazon Prime comedy show Comicstaan, alongside notable comedians like Biswa Rath, Kenny, Kanan Gill, and Sapan Verma. She currently hosts The General Fun Game Show, which features a star-studded lineup of comedians, including Kanan Gill, Biswa Kalyan Rath, Tanmay Bhat, and Zakir Khan. Since 2014, Kaneez has been instrumental in growing India's improv scene through her workshops, and she now hosts Improve All Stars: Games Night on Amazon Video, further cementing her position as a leading figure in Indian comedy.
