Arif Lohar

Born into a family steeped in musical tradition, Arif Lohar's journey as a renowned Pakistani folk singer and instrumentalist was almost destined. His father, the illustrious Alam Lohar, was a folk music icon, and it was under his tutelage that Arif began to hone his craft from a young age. As he grew, Arif became adept at playing a range of traditional instruments, including the distinctive chimta, sarangi, and flute.
