Aditi Paul

Hailing from Kolkata, Aditi developed her singing skills from a young age, inspired by her family's musical roots. Her mother played a pivotal role in encouraging her to pursue a career in music, while her aunt and Pt. Chakraborty, disciples of the renowned Ustad Munawar Ali Khan Sahab, served as her foundational influences. Aditi's journey took a significant turn when she moved to Mumbai and participated in the inaugural season of Indian Idol, ultimately securing a spot among the top 6 contestants. The show's winner, Abhijeet Sawant, was a fellow competitor. Following her appearance on the show, Aditi began working on advertisement jingles for various brands. Her breakthrough in Bollywood came with the song Rang Laga De from the film Goliyon ki Rasleela Ram-Leela. She also lent her voice to the 2014 film Lingaa. As a testament to the platform provided by Indian Idol, Aditi, along with artists like LV Revanth, has successfully transitioned to singing Bollywood tracks. Notably, Aditi has also contributed to the soundtrack of the epic film Baahubali.
